Events

In 2026 I am limiting in-person events (apart from literary festivals) in order to focus on writing; however, you are always welcome to contact me in case your event falls in a month where I might be available. Please complete the contact form and let me know the following: what kind of event you are planning (speaking engagement, panel discussion, workshop, etc.), where it will be and the date(s), proposed rates of pay if this is a paid event, and any other relevant information. Please be aware that I generally charge a speaker’s fee and travel fee for all events.

    Book clubs

    I don’t currently attend book clubs in person. However, I may be able to send short video messages for your book club and answer questions. Please message me your request via the contact form.

    Endorsements policy for 2026

    I will have limited opportunities to read and endorse books this year, and in general I will only endorse books in my specialist subject areas: either psychological suspense fiction, dystopian fiction or female-led fiction. You are welcome to contact me about endorsements, but please note I will only reply if I’m able to read the book (otherwise these emails get very time-consuming). I usually reply promptly, so if you don’t hear anything from me within a week it’s because I have my head down writing and can’t help at this time.
