For the last few months I’ve been head down, writing the draft of my 2024 book, provisionally titled When She Was Gone. This one is a pacy crime story set mostly in Western Australia, about a nanny that goes missing from a beach with the two children under her care. I can’t wait to share more about that, but first I’m taking an extended break, to try to unwind from the hectic and challenging pace of the last few years. So I’ll be out exploring the Australian outback for the next couple of months and then back at my desk ready to go in August! In the meantime, if you haven’t found the You Don’t Know Me podcast yet I highly recommend you have a listen. It’s been number one on Apple and Spotify for a number of weeks in the fiction/drama categories and is available worldwide on streaming platforms including Audible and its original home in LiSTNR.
